I am so sorry to see that other people had such bad experiences because mine was the total opposite. I was going thru so much with my credit union he even called to speak to them. He held on to the vehicle for a week for me every day with another problem from the credit union. I eventually was able to purchase my vehicle and I love it. I have only had it for a day but if anything comes up within the warranty period (I hope we don't have to test this theory) I would hope that we can work it out.
