I had PT at OSR PT North Valley 3 years ago after my right knee replacement and I came back this month after my left knee replacement. All the staff have always been highly skilled and invested with their patients. I like this smaller clinic as it feels more relaxed and interactive. I don't have any knees left to replace but I will definitely come back if I have any other issues that need PT!
The staff are so sweet and understanding, never felt uncomfortable or shy around them. Best physical therapy place, people know what their talking about actually helped me recover for my really bad ankle sprain. Knows how to help dancers which is really hard to find people that can help dancers back to dancing
I love OSR physical therapy, I have been coming for 7 months already and everyone has been good, kinda and helpful to me. I have learned a lot while coming to PT and I continue learning more every time I come in. I appreciate everyone there. Thank you so much.
My experience with Tiffany in billing is why I cant give 5 stars. Staff was always awesome. I contacted billing twice about a $20 balance. Confused, I always paid my co pay, cash & card. Someone made a mistake with my account. I called twice after receiving a bill multiple times. I have no reason to lie over $20. Fast forward months later at a different location I arrived to my 3rd appt, was told I will not be seen unless balance was paid. I immediately called billing, no answer. North Phoenix location has an excellent team and I'm so happy I found them! They are accommodating to my schedule, listen to my concerns and complaints, explain everything thoroughly, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this team and location!!
