1st day of evaluation for ROM, occupational therapy for my elbow- I received a 2nd degree burn on my arm and was told by the therapist that she did not even see it but it was blistered as soon as I got into the parking lot. The therapy manager said sorry but this happens sometimes. NEVER should this happen. 1st time there, therapist should be monitoring and evaluating not walking around doing other things.
