My battery to my died right before they closed. Oh No!! I was so worried that I was going to be in trouble with them and be forced to leave my unit. I called and Denise the district manager I believe was so wonderful and kind and helpful. She calmed me down and made me feel okay and not panicked. I have never rented a storage unit with such friendly, understanding, and helpful employees. DENIS thank you for being so kind to me. Your the Best!!!
The nicest staff and just a full on great experience. My rig was safe, accessible at convenient times, and the system they use is very efficient. Thank you, guys!!! On my number one list when I need storage again!!!!
