****This is an amendment to my previous review, below**** While saddened that Dr. Olsen is no longer practicing at Osprey Polyclinic, she diligently transitioned me to Dr. Diana Roman at Osprey Polyclinic. Dr. Diana Roman is talented and wonderful. I am most impressed with her constant effort to drill down on the issue and she takes the time to analyze and thoughtfully treat me. My Neurologist retired, and the office referred me to this clinic for future care. They advised me to follow-up to make sure the paperwork was received, and I did. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and abrupt, but she assured me they had what they needed and I’d be called to schedule an appointment.
