I've had physical therapy plenty of times both in and after the Army. Working with Cameron is the only time I've noticed a difference. This is probably the first time I've actually noticed improvement. Would absolutely recommend Cameron for physical therapy.
Dr. Smith was so incredibly helpful to me and my journey with neck pain! He drew from his personal experiences, made me feel heard on the non-linear recovery journey, and most of all, really made me feel confident now that I individually have the correct tools/strategies for when the pain might flare again. So many of my friends have dealt with neck or back pain and I plan to recommend him whenever I can!
Carol is an incredible physical therapist who uses multiple modalities to help her patients heal. I started seeing her for a shoulder injury, and her treatment and guidance helped me not only resolve that issue but also improve my form for my workouts and some long-standing neck and trapezius tightness.
