Emergency vehicles can't gain access to the homes in the Dunn Ave location. The emegency vehicles have to waiti in line with other vehicles to be allowed in and the attendants are still asking which residence are they going to. This is an issue with response time. Other subdivisions give emergency vehicles an access code they can use without having to wait.
My husband and I are so excited to be building our first home here! We can't wait for Feb 2020!!!
