Very disappointed that the Osprey Cove MHC at 2058 S. Route 9 in Ocean View, NJ forbids anyone under the age of 55 to even stay a few days at their own parents' house. My parents live there and told me that their lease states that no person under 55 can even spend the night! How could you deprive the 55+ residents of having their children or grandchildren spend the night at their parents' or grandparents' house??? That's absolutely terrible! It's also quite ageist, which makes me NOT want to live there when I turn 55 in a fe... read more
