Run Run Run Run AWAY!!!!! I would give "Zero" stars if was an option. They specialize in home renovation for bank-owned properties. It makes sense because then nobody can check the work. They worked for Bank of America in 2012 on a Foreclosure property that I purchased. I have been FIXING ALL their repairs since...Electrical, drywall, paint, cabinets, trim, insulation, irrigation. ServPro Strom Team was/is in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to "supposedly" help with the aftermath of Derecho on August 10, 2020. This was the worse experience we have had in a difficult time. They came in and spent hours taping up the furniture and took a whole day for demo'ing two ceiling walls. After they left, some of the ceiling wall that was next to it just dropped in the middle of the night, because they didn't remove the wet insulation.
