Lived here for a year, regretted it. THEY DONT FIX SHIT, AND THEY HAVE ROACHES. I had no ac FOR MONTHS. They change management and apartment names like underwear so don’t be surprised about that either. Weekly gunshots too, not safe to be at at all. Don’t go, it’s not worth the rent.
Was living here with my boyfriend when we fell into hard times & ended up getting evicted. But overall it was horrible here. They tell you one thing but then back track it later on. When we moved in they left a pile of nails on the balcony for literally 2 months till finally one of the maintenance came to broom it up. Took 5 mins. The whole complex itself is falling apart due to the roof leaking everywhere. 2nd bedroom had terrible leaks that were getting worse each time it rained with a piece of the roof falling. No los recomiendo señores no tienen igiene la 💩 les cae arriba porque siempre tienen problemas con las tuberías no arreglan nada los manager te tratan feo y más si ven que no hablas englis hay mucha pudrición tardan en recoger la basura siempre vas a tener problemas con tus pagos
