BEWARE. I went there for an evaluation and they claimed that they called my insurance to get an exact amount for how much it would cost for services rendered. On the day I received these services, I paid what they had told me at the evaluation. My wife went here to have a few cavities filled. She had them all done (or were supposed to be done), and was charged for white composite fillings. Well, somehow, one of her other teeth ended up with a SILVER amalgam filling (which is never used anymore) and it magically didn’t appear on the explanation of benefits. My wife didn’t realize that the one filling was done in silver until she got home.
