Since the Big Guys took over, I feel the quality of this Veterinarian Hospital has gone lower in my eyes.
Very fine business and service
Our German Shepherd had plenty of appointments without sedation for five years of her life at this vet clinic, but suddenly I was informed they won't even check her ears without sedation and went as far as saying possible surgical sedation. There was aboslutely no reason for this other than she needed treats and distraction while getting four vaccination shots and growled once at her last visit. Three days later I took her to a new vet. Actually brought to tears today (11/22/2025) after my cat Bibble’s vet appointment. The three ladies on staff, including the vet, were the most kind, caring, and lovely humans who showed so much love for my lil guy. First time here, and am so glad I chose them for our new vet!
I have been a customer with ospika for almost a decade now with 3 pets and it has gone quite down hill. I have had appointments for my cat bumped twice in one day, after already waiting a week, the day before his appointment it was pushed two weeks due to "scheduling errors". Although the Dr I deal with there is incredible, the scheduling is horrendous and I am no longer confident that my pets will be looked after in a timely manor
