Gave a deposit of 6k in December 2022. By February 2023 Hugo had still not applied for permits. First day of demo they busted water pipe in bathroom and destroyed my kitchen ceiling and flooded basement. With one week left on contract he still did not have plumbing permit. I was without a toilet for two weeks. I have emails and voice recordings of him stating he would refund my down payment. He never did. Hugo and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They were professional, and worked with care. Just as important as their work was their friendliness. They were a pleasant group to have around, which is a big plus having people in your house. Hugo was always a text or a phone call away if you ever needed him. Just look at the pictures of their projects, they speak for themselves.
