I had the worst experience here getting my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Not only did the treatment do absolutely nothing (my lashes weren’t curled at all), but I also had a terrible swelling and my eyes swelled up badly afterwards. When I reached out about it, instead of showing any care or professionalism, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, even trying to blame me for what happened. My friend went into this shop and left in tears with her eyes swollen and in pain. The worst part is the staff did nothing. No help no reimbursement no conversation about what they could do after causing her injury. This is supposed to be a 4 star business and the behaviour was disgusting. People deserve care and accountability and none of that was shown here.
