Steve and everyone else at Oso made my infusions so comfortable, and stress free. The environment is professional, but welcoming and relaxed. As much as I’d rather not get any more infusions, if I have to, I’d like to go here.
The 5 star was for the service I received. I was truly very nervous to go in but the RN (older gentleman) was super nice and friendly, made me feel at ease. I would not rate the office/building a 5. I would probably give it a 1 not cozy at all or welcoming.
Steve, the registered nurse who felt with my care was completely brilliant. They are very fortunate to have him working with OSO. He has 17 years of experience in emergency care, he is a veteran and has just superb soft skills and bedside manner. Coils recommend enough.
I started going to this facility during the shutdown because no medical facilities cared to be open to help us patients with IV infusions. Steve is amazing! The facilities are clean, they call to remind you of appointments and are very helpful when you need to reschedule as well! I look forward to my IV appointments because both Steve and this facility are so helpful for my ailments.
