If i had any option for Zero rating then i will definitely do that but it wasn’t there. It was really a horrible experience for me. Robin is great with hair cuts, especially layers and color. He spends quality time to consult, understands and suggests based on the needs of hair cut and color. He’s really patient and doesn’t rush despite being fully fully booked. Vancouver is lucky to have him!
It doesn’t shows me any option for negative rating but would really like to write. I asked to book an appointment with robin for 14th of October and the receptionist booked it for 21st October. When in chat I cleared asked for 14th and they even confirmed me. Today, when I went there, all of sudden they told me there’s no appointment of yours. Customer service is really very bad. Receptionist really had bad attitude towards the customers( so arrogant). They call their mistakes a misunderstanding, when in chat it was clearly mentioned the date for appointment. When i went in store and asked resolve the matter, they just said NO and told us they are busy but actually there was a single customer only. You are not even that busy guys, come on. Please give some respect to customers, they are not having your services for free.
