A great gym that offers personal trainers, group classes, and I believe you can purchase a regular gym membership. The price isn't cheap, but it isn't crazy expensive either, and it's worth every penny. I already feel stronger and more confident in my workouts.
I dropped in to a class this afternoon while in town for work. I was welcomed warmly by the staff as well as the members. Got a great workout, and loved the warm welcome and the camaraderie that I saw with your members. You’ve built something special here, if I come back To SA I will definitely come pay you another visit. Thanks for what you are doing
I recently completed a weight loss challenge at Oso CrossFit and let me tell you, it really help me get back to watching my caloric intake, help me get organized, and discipline with my eating habits. After completing the challenge I feel that I got my exercise and eating routine back in line. Thank you Coach Eric for his continue dedication! He is the best! He models the way.
Oso gave me the motivation I needed to lose 25 pounds in 4 weeks with the Summer Shred Challenge. Coach Eric is a true professional. He helped me read my "In Body" analysis and adjust my diet and workout as needed. Oso has a program for everyone, no matter what your level is. This is a community of of everyday people helping each other to do amazing things.
Update! Oso is still the place I call home. If you're reading this review to get an idea of what you're walking into, trust me you want to visit us. The energy is good and the programming accommodates to everyone. You'll leave wanting to come back, I promise. Oso Crossfit has been my training facility of choice since October 2017.
