I dropped in at Oso CrossFit a couple times while in town recently for a conference. I had a fantastic time! The people were kind and welcoming, and the coach (Maria) was encouraging, hilarious, and ready with coffee and breakfast tacos recommendations. Excellent vibes and a great workout! I was five months out from shoulder surgery, and Maria was great at suggesting scaling options for me that kept me safe yet challenged. I love Oso since day one everyone has been so welcoming. I’ve made so many new friends. The Coaches are so supportive and motivating. My goals are their goals too. They push me to reach and meet my goals. And also pull me back when needed. In a healthy way so I don’t hurt myself. If you have any fears about CrossFit. Like I did. Oso is a great place to start. The gym vibe is on another level. Guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Best part of my day!
