Mark helped us refinance twice, with a mortgage situation we were told by many mortgage brokers could not be refinanced due to a solar loan that was attached to our home. Mark was hardworking - fixing situations and informing us at off-hours - nights, weekends, and the resolution was better than expected. I, as a general rule, do not trust mortgage brokers, but I trust Mark and will recommend him to all my friends and family that refinance. I wish I knew him sooner!
