Hi, I bought a chicken shawarma wrap from Osmow's yesterday for $12.31. I came from about a 20-25 minutes drive, and I was very hungry, so I ended up eating the whole wrap. However, I didn’t really enjoy it because it was cold inside & out and had very little chicken. After the first bite, I wanted to come back to the store, but I was on my way to meet someone, so I couldn’t. The staff does not take online orders seriously. Ever single time when I request cooking instructions, the staff makes sure the instructions are NOT followed. Very recently, I ordered just Poutine (no instructions from my side) but only received fries with cheese curds - no gravy. I was a Osmows staff member myself 2 years ago in Ontario and I used to customize meals as per the customer's request. But this place, I have no idea and I never will. Not gonna go to this place again.

I like their crispy chicken shawarma wraps and fries… when I actually get them. They only send the correct order 60% of the time. The last few times I have ordered they have given me the wrong kind of wrap. This happens FREQUENTLY. I have tried calling the store but nobody picks up and there is no voicemail to leave a message. Waste of my time and money. It’s unfortunate that the employees don’t know how to read an order correctly, otherwise I would continue spending my money here.
