Scammers, avoid for online pickup orders. Placed an order online through the Osmow's app using my location on a web browser. Osmow's app routed to this location, which was too far away for me to order from, but I clicked through anyway being tired and in a rush. I called about 10 minutes before my pickup time to report the issue and requested the order by cancelled or location changed. (It was 30+ minutes away from my actual location when I ordered). I don’t know what to say. I got on Rock last night and look at what I got, I got a hair, it was inside the food. So pathetic. Lucky I got it before going inside. There was no cutlery, no napkins and no basic things. Staff were so rude and told me they can’t add more sauce or give an extra sauce which I was will to pay.
Best shawarma place in town . Jasmine and vraj help me a lot with the menu. There chicken is so good
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered 3 large Chicken on the Rocks around 1 AM and received my order in about 15–20 minutes — but when I opened the bag, everything was a complete mess. All the food was spilled inside the bag, and the sauce was everywhere, even outside the boxes. One of the boxes was completely open, which caused the whole order to leak and ruin the entire bag.
