The Falafel is fried in oil that has like 100,000 miles on it and its toxic for you at that point , look at how black it is, for God's sake change the damn oil you are serving poison. The rancid oil tastes awful in that falafel. I uploaded a Falafel is made at home in clean oil next to thir Falafel in the burnt oil so you can see the difference burnt oil is really toxic for you. I dont recommend touching this food.
The chicken was DRY AS HELL!!! And tasted burned.. $11 for just a wrap and it was literally disgusting! In my 36 years I've never left a review for a place in the food court..ever...but I had to cause this was a shame! I ate half cause I was starving and threw the rest out! At 12noon on a slow Friday, food should be fresh! Im appalled
My chicken shawarma wrap was very good. Perfectly FRESH toppings and was made literally in front of me. Tried the falafel and hummus as well-delicious! This is a must stop when you go shopping at Sawgrass Mills Mall. Service was top notch and they definitely had high standards for cleanliness. I met Saily who is the GM over this mall location as well as the location on Flagler in Miami. She told me that they are building Osmow's Mediterranean across the US.
