Returned because we had excellent food and great service before but last night Feb 15th at 8pm, we came across the worst service. The young woman working was very rude and just kept rolling her eyes and saying we don't have that in our system. Hope others write about this rude young woman and that she gets let go. I will never go back if she's there. Very unfortunate because they have fresh excellent food. My order number 78598
As a self-proclaimed Shawarma critic, I visited this place for the first time and ordered beef shawarma wraps and a platter for takeout. The portions were generous and flavourful, but I was disappointed with the beef shawarma cuts. They were chewy and unappetizing. Perhaps chicken shawarma would have been a better choice, as it’s hard to mess that up.
Went the New West location today (Feb 10) around 8pm and the lady and man who served us were so kind to me and my boyfriend! We have been going to osmos for a while now and the food and service is always great! Thank you!
