Went for the first time and compared to some of the better places in Surrey this is a 3 star at best.
Very clean, customer service was excellent. The two young men went over and beyond to make me a happy customer. The food was really good. Had a couple big peices of fat in the beef, otherwise really tasty and delicious. Going for more tomorrow!!
Got the special of the day today (Sunday) which was the mixed ozbox. Wasn't asked what salad I wanted or if I wanted rice or fries. The chicken wasn't terrible but it was cold. The beef or whatever that was, was cold, dry and obviously sitting for a long time. I can't believe this is the same place as the one I've been to in Richmond. Totally different experience there. I've noticed other reviews about the temperature of the food and the owner saying they'll look into it but obviously nothing was done.
This branch is really disappointing compared to others. I’ve ordered more than three times now, and every time the order has been messed up — either missing the extra condiments I paid for, giving a regular-sized portion when I ordered a large plate, or sending old, soggy, oily fries instead of fresh ones. Overall, they are very inconsistent with their orders. I’ve tried complaining through DoorDash, but they don’t listen or do anything about it.
