This place is really getting worse every day, i ordered just chicken, and this is what those guys gave me for $7.99. Wooow guys I hope it was not just a joke
I often visit Osmow’s, and this time I had the chance to try the one in Tillsonburg. However, I found that the food portions at this location are much smaller than usual.
The quality of the food has really gone down hill. I used to get the felafel all the time so when i ordered this time, i thought there had been a mistake and they forgot the felafel. Nope. After digging around through the toppings that were SWIMMING in sauce, i found a few crushed up felafels. Maybe 2 balls total crushed up in the wrap. The delivery was fast and while the first employee said there was nothing to do about it, the manager i spoke to was super nice and offered a discount. Friday Night August 22nd. Just before closing. Guys inside welcomed me in no questions asked. Unlike the neighbouring restaurants (Mary Browns) 90 minutes before closing and no chicken...HMMM...good business skills. THANKS Osmows for going the extra mile
