Osmow’s has always been one of my favourite places to eat Shawarma, so I decided to take advantage of Shawarma Day and ordered six wraps for my family. I completely understand it was a very busy day, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. My order number was 346, and it was never called. We visited Osmow’s Shawarma on National Shawarma Day, and it was such a great experience! The staff greeted us so warmly and took our order with kindness. Even though it was super busy, everything was well-organized, and we got our food within 20 minutes, which was impressive for such a busy day. The service and atmosphere were excellent — overall, a really nice experience celebrating Shawarma Day at Osmow’s! 🌯
