I had a wonderful experience at Osmow’s thanks to Bassim. He was incredibly patient and helpful while we were deciding on our order, taking the time to explain the menu and offer thoughtful suggestions. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely attentive and kind—Bassim truly went above and beyond. Thank you for the great service!
Ordered but never got the food
Kiran is very professional. I was unable to find the location but she helped me to find the store over the phone. Food is also very delicious. Great customer service. I will definitely visit again.
