I had a really disappointing experience with the manager at Osmow’s. The attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, but it felt like basic respect was missing. I understand places get busy, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back.

This was the worst experience. The manager was a lady who purposely removed her name tag. She was horrible rude and lacks customer service. She would refuse to give me my refund stating her machine was “broken” after I paid. How convenient of her machine to break. So she denied us our refund and food. This is absolutely horrible and unjust and shouldn’t be how anybody feels in any establishment. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Osmow’s. The employee taking my order was extremely rude, raising her voice and talking over me while I was trying to order. What made it worse is that she treated the customer behind me the exact same way—so this clearly wasn’t a one-off situation. This osmoses is the worst I’ve ever been to. They give the smallest portion sizes, mess up the orders, they fight you when you try to correct him and I waited over 45 minutes to get my food. This place needs to step it up and get some better staff.
