Went to Osmow's Collingwood tonight at around 11:43pm Asked for a half and half poutine with rice (which other Osmow’s locations always make)even his team worker always make my order every time , but the employee refused and said it’s not on the menu. He always have the problem. Very inconsistent service compared to other locations. Disappointing. 1/5
I ordered chicken on the rocks. The guy name anmol was very friendly. He makes sure to provide us the best customer service. Highly recommended to visit this location.
