Very disappointing experience at Osmow’s. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. My order took far too long, and when I finally got it, it wasn’t correct. When I tried to address the issue, the response was rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating to pay for food and receive such terrible service. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes steps to improve how customers are treated.
Appreciation for Isha and Arzoo, they make the best wraps anytime and every time.. Food is always up to the mark but only if these two girls are working.. Thanks to both
