Really disappointed with my experience at Osmow’s. I tried calling multiple times (8–9 times) over the past couple of days to place an order, but no one answered. Today I even came into the store and called while standing there—the phone was ringing, and staff could clearly hear it, but still didn’t pick up. It’s frustrating because it makes ordering ahead impossible and feels like customer calls just aren’t being taken seriously. I hope this improves, as it really affects the overall experience.
Had a great experience here The chicken shawarma was absolutely delicious full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The staff especially harpreet and tanisha were super friendly welcoming and provided excellent service. Will definitely be coming back
