I normally am very understanding with fast food as I worked it for 6 years, however I’m never happy with this Osmows location. I always place my order at least 45 minutes early because they’re always understaffed and take awhile to make it. Half the time I go in after 45-50 minutes it’s still not ready and I’m waiting another 15. They never offer anything to compensate.
