Do not place an online order here. I am regular customer here and this is second time that occurred they will provide very less than standard size. I let go once and they did again same when I order online second time . Old management was excellent. And the lady who made my order literally could not control her laugh while I am talking about my concern.
This place has really gone downhill and feels sketchy now. I ordered the larger beef shawarma expecting a noticeably larger portion than the regular size, but it appeared to be the same amount of meat—about one spoonful—for both sizes. Very disappointing, especially considering the price difference. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore.
Edit: tried this place one last time, chicken on the rocks. Have a box of rice was delivered. No chicken, and looked like someone are part of it already. When I called I got passed around to 3 people, none of which knowing what to do and wanted me to drive to the store to have it remade. Nah. It was delivered, and I now doubt your hygiene standards are any good. Ordered through door dash from this place many times and every single time I don't know why I do. It is always cold. If you want rice with a little bit of chicken. This is the spot for you. We ordered chicken on the rocks, but we got chicken on the pebbles. We asked the rep Akash at the store for a fair amount of chicken and we were told this is the standard amount. Either we were being lied to or osmows needs to bring their standards back to how it was before. This is the last time I’ll be coming to this store.
