They gave me a whole wrong order. It was too spicy. I spend it over $100 on this order and this was not worth. They gave me attitude and the kitchen was dirty
The customer service at Osmow’s on 347 Dalhousie St, Ottawa is absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I tried to get an issue with my order resolved, I was met with attitude instead of help. It’s shocking how poorly they treat their customers, especially after spending a lot of money. I’ll never return to this location.

They did not listen to my order and gave a whole order different. My kid never eat it cause it’s too spicy.
I had an awful experience at the Osmow’s on 347 Dalhousie St, Ottawa. I spent $100 on an order, and not only did they give me the wrong items and mix up my order, but when I tried to get it fixed, the staff gave me nothing but attitude. I felt like I was being treated like garbage despite being a paying customer. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will never be coming back to this location.
