I am writing to provide feedback on a falafel wrap I ordered today. Unfortunately, the falafel in my wrap was not as crunchy or evenly spread as it usually is, making it difficult to taste. Additionally, I was about to be charged for Hummus just for having it on my wrap\! I know Hummus and Tahini always comes with falafel, which I've typically received with falafel wraps at other Osmow's locations. Very bad online service like uber eats and skip. I always do long wait pickup my order. I heartly request to your staff please firstly prepare order then confirm it is ready. That is not good for us.
