People that work there have little to no actual customer service experience. I'm not sure if they're in Canada with an LMIA and experience has been faked or something is wrong with hiring manager. First of all, I placed an order on the telephone, was told it literally would take 2 minutes to make and I said, thats perfect because it'll take me 10 minutes to get there. Hi, My meal was mostly rice with very little protein, and it cost $20, even after I asked I paid for extra chicken because this has happened to me before. After working a long 12-hour shift, I was really looking forward to a proper meal, and this was disappointing, especially since this has happened before. Imagine being a nurse on a 12-hour shift, exhausted and finally getting a break—only to be served this. I paid $20 for this meal and it was mostly plain rice, barely any chicken, and just a bit of sauce. This isn’t even the first time I’ve been disappointed, but it’s the first time I’m posting a review. I’m honestly fed up. We work hard for our money and deserve better.
