I’m not one to write a review often as I don’t like to ridicule a place for one bad experience. However, my first experience today was quite a mess. First thing to note is that the day I ordered was the shawarma day promotion which I will account does cause a lot of mayhem. I decided to do an order through the app and it said my food would be done in an hour which I said was fine. The worst Osmows location. I got my food after 3 hours today, that too after literally requesting the staff. Their strategy to tackle shawarma day was to ignore any Osmows app orders and only make in-store and Uber Eats Orders. The guy who works there literally yelled at the customers to cancel their orders. All the current employees literally stopped talking to people and became rude. If you can't handle then don't accept orders. Well now they will bave all the time in the world cause people won't be visiting anytime soon. ... read more
