I placed an online order approximately 30 minutes ago, and it was confirmed by your store. However, when I arrived to pick it up at 11:15 PM, the store was already closed, despite your listed operating hours stating that the store is open until 12:00 AM. I have attached a screenshot of my order confirmation. I also have a photo taken outside the store with a timestamp of July 5 at 11:17 PM, which clearly shows that the store was closed.
