Very disappointing experience. I ordered two Philly Chicken Wraps and one Diet Coke. I even confirmed twice with the staff that they were making Philly Chicken Wraps, and they assured me they were. However, when a young male employee handed me my order, I got two regular chicken wraps instead. The Diet Coke was correct, but the main order was wrong. I was charged $32, so I expected to receive what I ordered. Better communication and attention to orders are needed to avoid mistakes like this.
