Worst Osmows I’ve ever had. Dirty restaurant, rude, slow and incompetent staff. Ran out of tahini and even chicken. Customers waiting long for incorrect orders and it wasn’t even busy.
We ordered falafel wrap, there were barely toppings but drenched with hot sauce. Guy at the front was not friendly as well. Not returning to this location at all.
This is my favourite Osmows location. I only ever go to this one since I've noticed the meat and rice are always fresh! Every other location I've gone to, the rice is hard or the meat is dry but this location does it right every time!
Ordered large shawarma, received a regular one. Drink was missing too.
Asked for medium spice... No hot sauce no tahini just dry chicken and rice... Great job highly disappointed.....
