I visit a lot of Osmow's locations (due to my line of work) and this one does not live up to their name/reputation at all. A franchise is supposed to have the same quality of service and sell the same product in my opinion but these portions are just ridiculously small compared to other locations. Their regular wrap is more like a snack sized wrap and their super size is pretty much the same size as the regular wrap of the other locations. And this is consistent (not a one off). Worst on the rocks I’ve ever had. Instead of chicken pieces there were small bits and that too burnt and dry……literally waste of money.
sana is the best employee she make the best piutone . pls give her a raise .Food is always delicious. Service is excellent, employee sana was very helpful.
They accept the orders and dont deliver. Pathetic service and no ethics in doing business. If u cant deliver pls dont accept the orders.
