I ordered a shawarma box last Sunday and found a hair in the food, which is extremely unacceptable and unhygienic. I even have photo proof of it. When I called the store, the manager was very rude and did not take the issue seriously. No proper response or resolution was provided. This kind of behavior towards customers is not acceptable, especially when the issue is related to food safety.
