I tried the Junior Falafel here and it was absolutely delicious
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a chicken shawarma expecting a decent meal, but what I got was a ridiculously spicy mess. It was so overpowering that it completely ruined the taste and made it inedible. When I politely raised the issue, instead of owning up or offering a quick fix, the staff argued with me — saying it was “just two lines of spicy sauce.” That’s not how you handle feedback, especially from regular customers who’ve supported your business.
