As someone who truly enjoys authentic shawarma, I strongly believe the proper way of preparing shawarma is on a vertical rotisserie, where marinated meat is stacked tightly, slow cooked over indirect heat, and shaved gradually as the outer layer becomes perfectly browned. This traditional method is exactly why customers are willing to pay a premium price..because of the time, care, and quality involved in the process. The food was amazing, and the interior was also very good.
This was 1st time ordering from here through uber eats. When opened the box at home shawarma was all dry with minimal amount of souce. We ordered 2 and both were dry and topping we added in the order were minimal as well.
