I orderd two chicken half and halfs from this place and only got one in the order and when i complained the just hung up the call on me very unprofessional overall
Everything I thought was good has been changed. The food quality and quantity has dropped down significantly while the other Osmow's are still serving the best quality and quantity this store has gone down in food service. I had ordered from store as well as I have tried ordering from delivery apps like DoorDash and Uber. This store is the only one which is service this level of bad food.
Every time I ask for a little more garlic sauce on the top they always give it to me without charging me. Honestly makes a huge difference. 10/10
I bought a chicken shawarma. Chicken wasn’t cooked properly 50% cooked. And also I noticed that the worker was refrying the old fries. It’s not a good place to buy shawarma.
