Great shawarma and staff, but the place has a weird smell everytime i come into it. Really ruins the experience!
The mid aged lady there is rude and does not understand customer service. She is not informed how student meals work for Georgian college while the other employees do. She needs serious training on how to solve solutions instead of saying the customer is wrong while other employees do it.
The chicken shawarma in my oz box was so hard and dried out you couldn’t even eat it. Unfortunately I had done takeout so to far to go back. Very disappointed. Never had such poor food at a restaurant in along time.
I use to come here often as I love the salad. Ladies who work during the day gives good portion and make sure customers are happy. But lately I have been there twice and indian girl she told me she is a manager, she made my salad and the portion was soo little and falafels were dry from outside and raw from inside I told her about the portion. When ppl r paying $16 for the food be little generous. Never coming back and will not recommend to my friends and families anymore.
