Two long hairs in food
used to be one of the best osmows that i have gone to and i have been to a lot through the gta and ever since about a year ago they started being extreemly skimpy on toppings, after paying an extra $3.50 for a super wrap and ordering the works there is hardly any toppings in the wrap and is mostly pita bread, even the sauce is lacking! will be bringing my business to pita pit from now on.
not enough sauce, its like just eating plain rice and chicken.
Edit to add one year later: So I contacted after the owner replied to my original review saying they’d comp our next order and the owner never actually called me back like he was supposed to, so they never actually rectified the issue. Now today I had family over who wanted osmows for dinner so despite previous experience I agreed. Opened my meal to a cut off tip of a glove hanging out in my wrap. Come on guys, seriously? They are always busy and business is thriving, I love that for them but quality has been a hit or miss lately. Their chicken on the rocks is really good but the chunks of chicken is too big and not sliced properly. Sometimes there is not enough sauce on top even their wraps the inside is dry because there is barely sauce in it.
