I’ve been a loyal customer of Osmow's for the last 3 years, but over the past 2 to 3 months, the service has really gone downhill. Lately, order mistakes are common—I often get something completely different from what I ordered. When I asked to customize my chicken order, a staff member rudely told me it wasn't allowed, even though I've been making that same request for years without any issues. Ordered on Skip. Poutine fries missing . Paid extra for black olives and mozza in crispy wrap , those were missing . By the time 2 skip orders done tonight, spent over $100 for 2 people. Told the fries will be reimbursed . I’m in the hospital , I can’t drive to the store and also was hung up on the 1st time I tried to call. Not impressed .
🌟 Great place, delicious food, and an absolutely beautiful view! 🌄😍 Osmow’s is doing a fantastic job serving tasty halal shawarma! 🥙🍗😋 Highly recommended! 👍👏💯
Good food and good service 👌
