I’ve visited this Osmow’s in Medicine Hat before and had a great experience, but this time the service was disappointing. It was very hot, and the staff at the counter acted kind of rude and unhelpful. Even a small request, like swapping a warm drink for a cold one, was met with hesitation and unnecessary comments. I was hoping for the same friendly, accommodating service I experienced before.
The food was good, and prepared quickly. Thank you
