Very bad falafel sandwich It was just bread and the worst falafel It's burned
Unsatisfied, the falafel sandwich has 3 layers of stale bread, tasted like charcoal, probably burnt or over cooked. It's not the employees issue, I guess the chain has to do some updates to thier recipes
They were so very helpful when my order was accidentally messed up during a busy time in store. They resent everything with uber and even added extras to the delivery. I’m recovering from surgery right now and really appreciate their helpful gesture and their kindness. Thank you so much to the osmows team!!
rav did a great job making my food, he even gave me and my brother extra sauce when we asked for more with no hesitation
