Just ordered a chickenon the rox, today at 6:42PM. Asked them for well done chicken. But this is the worst shawarma I have ever had. Big chunks of chicken + the chicken was roasted too much that it was all crunchy crunchy. I might have gone for refund but unfortunately I came too far. I don't know ifthey made a mistake or they need to be retrained, but this Osmow’s location tarnishes the reputation of the brand.
