Absolutely disgusting and concerning… I found a cockroach in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Finding an insect in a meal is something no customer should ever have to experience. Needless to say, I lost my appetite immediately.

I have visited this place multiple times and I love it! The falafel is always delicious, and the spice level is perfect every single time. All of the staff members are really friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I ordered a on the rocks shawarma and specifically requested a medium spice level, but there was no spice at all. It was basically just tahini and garlic mayo. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste like what I ordered. Please make sure the requested spice level is actually added next time. Thank you😅

I placed in store order today. They got my order completely wrong — no onion, no lettuce, no tomato on my shawarma, even though I was charged full price for it. Paying for toppings I didn't get is ridiculous. Really disappointing experience, won't be back.
