Mustafa really needs to learn some basic manners and how to speak to customers. I’ve been to Osmow’s many times and never had an issue before, but this crew member clearly doesn’t know how to communicate The owner is always very sweet, I just wish the staff reflected the same attitude.
Just ordered takeout which I totally understand beef can be a bit tender but most of the larger portions were so chewy and rubbery. Honestly it was hard to eat any meat in it besides smaller ones.
gave me very little amount of chicken, kindly asked for more, disrespectfully told me no, very disappointed, i go here quite often and this is the first time i’ve been treated like this
