Ordered two lg chicken bowls, got rice and chicken, nothing else but sauce. Called and the manager didn't care, said I'll check with my staff, what can I help you with?!?! like seriously this is not how you deal with customers, then i told her we will be putting in a bad review since you don't seem to care and hung up. She had the nerve to try and call back! Don't think so! Do not go to the west end location, they just want to take your money and not be responsible sending you garbage!!
Ordered from osmows app, paid everything and got reciept. I got notification that my order is ready but when I wanted to pick up they told me they didnt get any order. Even the manager couldn't solve the problem. Its terrible that you cant provide service from the app Edit: Management contacted me and solved the issue. Thanks for solving it in short period of time.
