Food is good here, but it all goes wrong when it comes to Osmows refunding money. I canceled an order because the wait time was insane (I waited over an hour, and the food wasn't ready). They never said anything about orders being delayed (you should at least post something in the app to let your customers know). It's been the 12 business days that the refund takes to be completed and I still haven't seen my money yet. Support doesn't really help. Guys, be careful with your refunds.
