I had food poisoning from their Richmond Hill location. Beef shawarma sandwich, i noticed something was off with the beef. When I mentioned it to the owner, he said I will take care of you next time.?? What is that supposed to mean? Why would I come back. And to make it worse, i sent an email to head office through customer feedback last week.. been 6 business days now and no response... this company is going downhill..
I’ve delivered here a few times, and I can’t begin to say how pleasant the receiver was!!! Even after a truck breakdown I was greeted with a smile!! Sometimes a bit tricky exiting onto the street because of cars parked but otherwise no issues
