No response even after 2 weeks of send an email regarding a wrong order that was delivered
Bad behavior starts at the top ie osmows head office/dont deserve to stay in business..i had a problem at one of the chains (paid for pickuporder never received) and abusive behavior by osmows agents/employee), i wrote to osmows to resolve. (I habe video of abusive behavior) Osmows apologized and asked for my contact info and soneone would be in touch. Your unprofessional employees driving around in your Honda civic colony cars are not a great brand endorsement
Osmows Brisdale should be closed, these guys are not taking customers seriously they are serving garbage. I ordered a chicken on the rocks and it was horrible. The worst Osmow's location I ever have been to, it’s disgusting. Ruined the osmows reputation. Very little portion, sauce is water and chicken is stale and hard. If osmows is reading this you guys really need to interfere.
