Was looking for a new car for the wife. Looked at numerous different makes and models, then found a Kia Rio at this garage on Autotrader. Made an enquiry and got a viewing the same day. Drove down and dealt with Tim and Ruth. Both were really nice and let myself and my wife look around the car on our own. No pushy sales tactics at all. Tim is an absolute star when it comes to car sales and after sale support. Bought a Fiat 500 for my daughter from him which she absolutly loves. The price was good for the year and mileage plus he included a warranty. It had a glitch with the airbag model which he identified and sorted with no fuss. Car was overall good for the price. “Exceptional” body work was a lie though as rust was clearly visible in a volatile place. Tim was great to begin with but became abrupt and rude when confronted with on going issues. A lot of “what do you expect from a 2010 car” was said. Look of the draw with this garage would recommend you take someone who knows what there looking for and make sure to check MOT / Service history
Good and pleasant experience. No pressured sales. Tim honest and very helpful. Car exactly as described. Even delivered free of charge. Excellent service.
