Great company to work with, whether you are from the area or not, they will treat you as if you're an old friend. When I ran into issues, they were resolved quickly or by Mr. Dylan Osmon himself. Osmon properties worked with my roommate and I to find a rental that worked best for us, and if we ever need to rent in the Twin Lakes area again, I will contact them first! Thank you for making me feel like a person and not just a dollar sign.
I had absolutely no issues while renting with this company UNTIL it was time to collect my security deposit. Our rental agreement ended 3/17/2026, it is now 6/16/2026 and i still haven't gotten my security deposit back! They refuse to send me my security deposit and refuse to send me a receipt of what was fixed with the money. Ive called NINE times to speak with several people who constantly just tell me their manager is in a meeting. I understand the pet deposit is non-refundable. I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Haylee and Jayden (Maintenance Man)! Haylee has been so sweet and got us into a home after TWO months of being homeless from being displaced from a fire where we lost everything we had. And Jayden was so nice and helpful when I was talking to him and asking a million questions!!! Wonderful people and I’m grateful to them 🫶
