Buyer Beware!!!! We ordered a gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and were told that the items would be delivered within 7-14 days. We indicated that we needed the items before the end of the month since we had recently moved in and that we were going to be out of town the following month for two months and were assured that we would receive the items in 2 weeks and that we would receive a call. 2 weeks came and we decided to call to see where our appliances were. Terrible customer service once you buy. They don't even deserve a star. We paid for our appliances almost 5 months ago, and we come to find out our order hasn't even been placed. When we purchased our appliances we were told they would arrive in 2 weeks. Now we have a gorgeous new home without appliances. Filed a complaint with the credit card company, and they're in the process of investigating the store. Don’t even deserve one star but have to put one in Order to write my comment. We went in June of 2018 to purchase our stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer from Osments. I had been shopping around since my appliances were going to be commercial kind and I was advised from a seller from Stevens appliance also in McAllen not to purchase from Osments that they had have several customers come from their stating that they were ripping people off. My mother is going through the same experience as we speak. The store took over $4000 from her, and she never received any of the appliances she purchased. They continuously reassured her she was going to receive her items, and never did. One day she went to speak to them in person and the entire store was closed down. Has anyone got in contact with the news or McAllen BBB to try to fix this? Honestly I would not even give this business a star. For lack of a better word this business is garbage.
